About
Vanderbilt Health Excellence
The MNPS Employee & Family Health Care Centers are operated by Vanderbilt Health and staffed by an interdisciplinary team that works together to provide compassionate, whole-person care and health guidance to MNPS and Metro Government employees and their family members.
Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants provide full-spectrum primary care — performing exams, diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic conditions, and prescribing medications when needed. At our Employee Wellness Center location in Berry Hill, we also offer onsite physical therapy, chiropractic, behavioral health, health coaching services, and more.
Together, our practitioners bring deep experience and a collaborative spirit to every visit. We’re committed to providing care that respects your individual needs, culture, values, and preferences — because your whole health matters.
