Patient Advisory Group
Would you like to share your ideas for improving care and patient satisfaction at the MNPS Health Care Centers?
We invite you to join our interactive Patient Advisory Group or our survey-based Advise Vanderbilt, or both. Anyone who wants to help make our clinics a better place to get care can join. This includes MNPS employees, retirees and family members.
Patient Advisory Group
The Patient Advisory Group is a small, rotating group of employees, retirees and family members (both patients and non-patients) who wish to:
- Help clinic leadership better understand the health care needs of MNPS employees and their family members
- Help improve patient satisfaction and quality of care
- Give feedback about their knowledge of and experience with the MNPS Health Care Centers
The group meets three times a year - two virtual, one in person.
Would you like to serve or nominate a colleague for membership?
Advise Vanderbilt
Advise Vanderbilt is a survey-based advisory group that requests feedback through surveys once or twice a month.
You do not have to be a clinic patient to participate, and surveys we send typically take less than five minutes to complete.
Would you or a family member like to join?
