Band Together for Better Health
If you live with diabetes or prediabetes, movement can be a powerful tool to improve your health — and strength training may help more than you realize. Strong muscles don't just make everyday tasks easier. They help your body use insulin more effectively, support steadier blood sugar, and improve energy, balance and confidence over time.
Band Together for Better Health is a four-week Group Medical Visit focused on beginner-friendly strength training for people with diabetes or prediabetes. Using resistance bands, participants learn practical ways to build strength safely and support better blood sugar control. Sessions are led by a medical provider, fitness associate and certified diabetes educator, so you're learning from a full care team.
